Submitting a request through this website does not reserve a date or confirm availability. Love & Coffee Co. will contact you to discuss your event, and a booking is confirmed only when both sides agree in writing.
Pricing depends on the date, location, guest count, drink selection, and service length. We will share pricing directly with you before any booking is confirmed.
You are responsible for confirming that our mobile setup can reach and safely park at the event location, and for letting us know about covered space, power, and any venue rules or permits that apply.
If your plans change, contact us as soon as possible. Change and cancellation terms will be confirmed with you in writing at the time of booking.
Outdoor events may need a covered area or a backup plan. If severe weather or another situation outside our control prevents service, we will work with you on a reschedule where possible.
